Termsof sale.

These general terms of sale (Terms) apply to any order placed on fiddes-consulting.com with Aureus Online LLC, which operates under the Fiddes Consulting brand (contact details in the legal notice).

They apply to business customers and to consumers alike. Some rules concern consumers only: they are marked as such.

Before paying, you tick the box “I accept the general terms of sale”: this acceptance is mandatory to place an order.

Fiddes offers 8 independent services, each with its own page, packs, prices and lead times:

• Fiddes Web: website creation.
• Fiddes Studio: retouched real estate photos and virtually staged rooms.
• Fiddes Apps: custom business software.
• Fiddes Motion: animated videos.
• Fiddes Growth: social media, search engine optimization (SEO), Meta and Google advertising.
• Fiddes Leads: outreach on LinkedIn.
• Fiddes Slides: redesigned presentations.
• Fiddes Access: accessibility audit.

The content of each pack, its price, its lead time, its revisions and, for a subscription, its commitment period are those displayed on the service page at the time of the order.

Pack with a displayed price :

• you choose a pack on the service page;
• you fill in the order form (your contact details and your brief, with your files);
• you accept the Terms;
• you pay online, securely.

Your order is binding once the payment is confirmed. No work starts before payment.

Custom project: we talk during a meeting, then you receive a quote. Once the quote is accepted, you pay 50% on ordering and 50% on delivery.

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of the order, or those of the accepted quote for a custom project. They are shown excluding taxes, in the currency displayed on the website.

Aureus Online LLC invoices without French VAT. For business customers established in the European Union, VAT is payable by the customer under the reverse charge mechanism: enter your intra-Community VAT number in the form.

Payment is made online through a secure payment provider. Your banking details never go through us.

Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance, by automatic debit from the payment method saved at the time of the order.

The delivery time starts upon receipt of the payment and the complete brief, including the required files (for example logo, photos, information to display).

If any information is missing, we write to you to ask for it; the time resumes as soon as we receive it.

You warrant that you hold the rights to the files and content you send us (photos, logos, texts), or that you have the right to use them.

We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the pack paid for, the work does not start.

We notify you within 24 hours, and you choose between:

• moving up to the higher pack, paying only the difference;
• being fully refunded.

The lead time of each pack is the one displayed on the service page at the time of the order. It runs from receipt of the payment and the complete brief.

For a custom project, the lead time is the one stated in the quote.

Each pack includes 2 rounds of revisions, except the Web Essential pack, which includes 1. For subscriptions, the number of rounds is the one displayed on the website (for example per listing, per video or per presentation).

A round covers all your feedback sent at once. We apply all of it, then you approve.

Requests that go beyond the included revisions or the approved brief may be subject to a separate quote, which you are free to accept or not.

No, never. We do not ask for any password (website, hosting provider, social media, LinkedIn).

When access is needed, it is set up after payment, by invitation to your accounts, through a dedicated account, or through a connection made together with you.

Minimum commitment periods:

• Fiddes Web hosting and maintenance: 12 months, from the go-live date.
• Fiddes Apps hosting and maintenance: 12 months, from delivery.
• Fiddes Growth: 3 months.
• Fiddes Leads: 3 months; the setup fee is charged only once.
• Fiddes Studio: no commitment.

When no commitment period is shown on the service page, the subscription has no commitment and continues month to month.

At the end of the commitment period, the subscription continues month to month. You can cancel it by email at contact@fiddes-consulting.com: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

Fiddes Leads: prices are excluding the Sales Navigator subscription, which you take out yourself on your own LinkedIn account. The outreach tool is included.

Fiddes Growth: the advertising budget paid to the ad platforms (Meta, Google) is not included in the package; you pay it directly.

Packs: you are fully refunded if the deliverable does not match the approved brief, under the following conditions:

• written request sent to contact@fiddes-consulting.com within 14 days of delivery;
• after using the revisions included in your pack;
• the deliverable has not been used: website not put online, photos, videos or presentations neither published nor used.

Subscriptions: the first month is refunded if the request is made within the first 14 days. Subsequent months are not refundable.

Custom projects: the conditions are those set out in the quote.

The refund is made within 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

If you are a consumer (for example an individual ordering Fiddes Studio), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, without having to give a reason.

To exercise it, send a clear statement to contact@fiddes-consulting.com before the end of this period, for example using the model withdrawal form below.

If you expressly request that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period:

• once the service has been fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code);
• if you withdraw while the service is being performed, you pay for the part already carried out, pro rata.

In the event of withdrawal, we refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method.

The deliverables belong to you after full payment of the order.

The content you provide to us remains yours. The domain name of your website is registered in your name, and the data entered in a Fiddes Apps software belongs to you.

We may present the deliverables as a reference (website, social media, commercial proposals), unless you refuse in writing at contact@fiddes-consulting.com.

We have an obligation of means: we apply our expertise to deliver what is provided for in your pack or your quote.

No quantified result is guaranteed: number of followers, appointments, sales or ranking on Google depend on many external factors.

Fiddes Access: the audit identifies and fixes accessibility errors according to the standards in force. It is not a guarantee of compliance. The automated pre-audit detects the main errors and does not replace a full audit.

Fiddes Studio: it is your responsibility to state on your listing that the photos concerned are virtually staged.

You remain responsible for the content and information you send us and for the use you make of the deliverables.

The data provided when you order is used to carry out the order, to invoice you and to support you. Everything is detailed in our privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of difficulty, write to us first at contact@fiddes-consulting.com: we always look for an amicable solution.

• Between businesses: any dispute falls under the courts of Paris.
• Consumers: you may bring the matter before the court of your place of residence. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details are provided on simple request to contact@fiddes-consulting.com.
