No. You take your photos with your phone and we retouch them: light, colors, perspective. Empty rooms are virtually staged in the style of your choice.
Yes. You state in your listing that some photos are virtually staged. We ask you to confirm this when you order.
No, they have no commitment and are paid monthly in advance. You can switch plans or stop whenever you like.
The clock starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including the required files: logo, photos, information to display. If anything is missing, we email you to ask for it, and the clock resumes as soon as we receive it.
We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we don't start: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack and paying only the difference, or being fully refunded.
If the delivery doesn't match what you ordered, you are refunded. The exact terms, including the deadline to make a request, are detailed in our terms of sale.
Payment is made online, securely, when you order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% at delivery, once the quote is approved.
