No. The budget spent with Meta or Google is paid directly by you, on top of the plan. Include the monthly budget you have in mind in your brief.
3 months minimum, long enough to launch, measure and improve. After that, the plan continues month to month.
After payment, through an invitation to your accounts. We never ask for a password.
The clock starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including required files: logo, photos, information to display. If something is missing, we write to you to ask for it, and the clock restarts once we receive it.
We read every brief before we start. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we do not begin: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack by paying only the difference, or getting a full refund.
If the delivery does not match what you ordered, you get a refund. The exact conditions, including the deadline to request one, are set out in our terms of sale.
Payment is made online, securely, when you order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% at delivery, once the quote is approved.
