Yes. You subscribe to Sales Navigator on your own LinkedIn account. It isn't included in the price; the outreach tool, however, is included.

Never. Your account is connected to the outreach tool after payment, together with you.

3 months, the time to build the lists, launch the campaigns and fine-tune the messages. The setup fee is charged only once.

The lead time starts as soon as we have received your payment and your complete brief, including required files: logo, photos, information to display. If anything is missing, we write to you to ask for it, and the lead time resumes as soon as we receive it.

We read every brief before starting. If it asks for more than the chosen pack, we don't start: we let you know within 24 hours, and you choose between moving up to the next pack by paying only the difference, or being fully refunded.

If the delivery doesn't match what you ordered, you are refunded. The exact conditions, including the deadline to request it, are detailed in our terms of sale.

Payment is made online, securely, at the time of order, and your bank details never pass through us. For a custom project, you pay 50% at order and 50% on delivery, once the quote is approved.
